Vietnamese citizens and foreigners who meet the following criteria:

• Holding a bachelor degree in relevant fields;
• Being capable of studying in English.

Notes for candidate who enroll in the second year of the Master programs:

- Candidates who have completed M1 at a local or international foreign universities with the Bologna process (had a Maitrise diploma in France or have completed 240 ECTS – European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System), after the application review process, may be enrolled in the second year of the Master programs in accordance with the field.

- Candidates with engineering degrees from institutions accredited by CTI/PFIEV, from other training institutions recognized by authorities.

- Candidates who have a Bachelor degree of 4 years with Good or Very Good classification recognized by the French government are equivalent to the first 60 ECTS after obtaining the Bachelor degree, after the application review process, if they meet the requirements and are approved by the admission committee with the decision of Rector, they may be enrolled in M2 in accordance with the field.
