As part of HEINEKEN’s APGP, you will get to work with class leading brands and learn from some of the most experienced and talented people in the business. This is an experience that will shape and develop you for your future career and set you on a course to be one of tomorrow’s leaders. You will:
- Complete three assignments of eight months each. The first assignment in your Home Operating Company (OpCo), followed by two assignments in one of the 20+ APAC OpCos
- Benefit from an induction programme in your Home OpCo and the Regional Onboarding Programme in Singapore
- Buddy up with management level mentors for the duration of the APGP
- Experience leadership development through formal and on-the-job training
Designed to nurture our regionally mobile, high potential future leaders, APGP provides you exposure to valuable experiences and learning opportunities that will accelerate your growth.
- Graduate by July 2017 from a reputable university
- Fresh graduate or <2 years of professional work experience (volunteering/internships do not count) – In Heineken Hanoi Fresh Graduate is priority
- Business fluency in English
- Track record of leadership roles/ability along with proactive work attitude
- Genuine interest in experiencing other countries and cultures
- Mobility and desire to work and live within Asia Pacific is a must
- High drive and desire to succeed
**Work-eligibility in at least one of the participating home Operating Companies (OpCo) is a must**

Our consumer marketing teams develop and manage some of the most exciting, cool and innovative consumer marketing programmes. They are involved in new product development, innovation and consumer insights, advertising and pack design, promotions and events, public relations and social media. Our channel marketing teams help modernise and innovate entire trade channels to generate category growth.
Our sales teams are passionate about helping grow our customers’ businesses and in turn grow our own business. They work with our customers to develop customer launch communication and merchandising strategy, implement customer promotions and instore events and they measure instore compliance and performance.
In Supply Chain, our Brewing, Procurement, Packaging and Logistic teams manage our automated brewing systems and use of the raw materials, perform strategic sourcing of high quality raw materials, manage the diverse range of systems required to package beer in their different formats for consumers, and ensure the continuity and reliability of supply to meet demand requirements.
As part of a high-performing, learning-focused organisation, our HR teams around the world support and shape the development and management of HEINEKEN people.
As a member of HEINEKEN’s HR team, you will help us develop and deliver exciting initiatives to attract and retain talented individuals. HR roles include performance and talent management, learning and development, health affairs, global mobility, compensation and benefits and organisational development. You will work closely with other departments and communicate daily with your colleagues around the globe to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
