The parties met on August 21 at VNA office to discuss opportunities for stronger bilateral co-operation in the time to come. USTH delegation, led by Rector Patrick Boiron and Vice Rector Nguyen Van Hung; Mr. Mehdi Salim, Attaché for Scientific and University Cooperation of French Embassy to Vietnam, and VNA's Nguyen Ngoc Trong, Executive Vice President - Technical, shared the same interest in several fields such as: developing a modern teaching program for aeronautics, practical training for USTH students, and creating more internship and career opportunities for USTH graduates.
VNA shows its willingness to cooperate with USTH in outlining a training program, given the support from the leading research and training institutions of French Consortium. The airliner also commits to recruit 2-3 most excellent graduates of USTH every year. To give even more practical training to its students, to get closer connections with local companies for their services, and to facilitate immediate and good employment for its graduates are considered by USTH as one of the most important strategies.
